Tuesday - another good day

Tuesday was another great day. Healthy food & a great workout. Good day at work. But one thing that I am going to ask is that you pray for my neighbors. We had a terrible thunderstorm last night with winds up to 80 mph. 2 of our neighbors right across the street both had trees on their homes this morning. Especially pray for our neighbor D, he has two tween boys that he's raising as a single parent and the tree happen to fall when they were home and it really shook up his boys.
