I have said in the past that I would not list my "diet", but from time to time I have thrown out some items that I like. So here are some more of my favorite things that are low in calories, healthy and delicious.

The Cracker Chips keep me from craving chips that are high in fat and calories. I actually eat the Sea Salt variety of these but you can choose the flavor that you like. And 27-30 chips per serving is more than plenty to keep you from craving nachos or Doritos.

I'm not much of a canned soup eater. Mostly because I've never been able to find one that is as good as home made. Until now. I'm a huge fan of the Vegetable Beef and Pot Roast. I do add a little Onion Salt and hot sauce to these, but they are really good and with only around 250 calories per can, they can keep the calorie count down at lunch or dinner. But be careful with canned soups if you have to watch your sodium intake.
So these are a few of my favorite things. I eat the chips just about every night with a sandwich and the soup I eat about once or twice a week.
