So for breakfast & lunch I did great, but dinner well.... There are times that you just have to go with your gut (or your crazings). And tonight J and I were wanting Mexican, so that's what we ate. Do I regret it, no I don't. If we didn't go eat Mexican tonight then we would have been craving it even more and more than likely eaten more when we did decide to go. The lesson here is that if you have cravings, don't ignore them. Just remember that you can't eat that way everyday (or every other day for that matter). This is one of the hardest lessons for me to learn, for a long time I really wanted to be good everyday, but I slowly found that it's just not possible. So if I blow it every once in a while, I've learned it's ok. I just need to get back to healthy eating tomorrow morning. Be good to yourself, take care of yourself, but don't think that you are in a prison. So next time you've been really good and need some "junk", go for it. Eat in moderation and enjoy.
