So when I go to the gym what do I do you ask. Well, it depends. It depends on my mood, my energy level and time. Some days I just do cardio, some days I do cardio and some weight lifting. I do what I want mostly, I don't have a structured workout routine. The only must is that I do 45 minutes (or more) of cardio every gym visit. Treadmill only some days, some days it's the ellipical trainer and treadmill. I try to mix things up so that I don't get stuck in a rut and get bored. That will kill any workout routine. Go to the gym, have fun. Do a Rumba class, a palates class, ride the bike, whatever. I can't tell you what a difference it will make not only to your body, but your overall well being.
