Well after gorging on Japanese Friday and turning into Betty Crocker yesterday (gave almost all of the sweets that I made away, and really don't want to eat them after I cooked them, thank goodness!), I'm back on track this week. And boy don't I feel better for it. But I thought that I would send you to another site today since I'm not the only person that gives tips & advise about healthy eating and weight loss.
